Our analytical services include; method validation for your product matrices including lab test methods and equipment applications; nutrition label generation and claim verification; contaminate monitoring; ingredient monitoring; and quality assessment.
Product safety has become the biggest concern for manufacturers, retailers, and consumers. When they occur, foodborne illnesses get a lot of media attention and it is important to ensure that your products are free of microbial contaminates. Pathogen testing programs and environmental programs as a part of your quality system are practices that ensure product safety prior to their release. Quality of your products is very important too. Testing for spoilage organisms and general indicator bacteria can indicate potential for additional microbial growth. It can also be a sign of a preservative system failure.

We follow current standard methods such as: AOAC, AOCS, ASTA, ASBC, FDA-BAM, CMMEF, SMWWA, USDA, USP/NF.
